m2m_download_template

Download the Allen mouse brain template, and setting the correct RAS+ direction and spacing.

Positional Arguments

-r, --resolution

Possible choices: 10, 25, 50, 100

Template resolution in micron. Default=100

Default: 100

--apply_transform

Apply the transform to align the volume to RAS+ instead of relying only on the volume metadata

Default: False
